CEREMONY & RECEPTION

CHAPEL AT RIVERWALK

4040 Riverwalk Drive Flower Mound, TX

2-7pm on Monday, 11/17/25

Our ceremony will be held at the Chapel at Riverwalk in Flower Mound, Texas. The reception will be held at the Reception Hall at the same location. Signs will be posted to direct everyone to the Chapel then after to the Reception Hall.

    We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:00 PM. Complimentary parking is available in the garage adjacent to the venue. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the Chapel.

    The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony is in progress. Reception tickets will be handed out as you enter the ceremony. To ensure accurate seating for our limited reception space, only guests who attend the full ceremony will receive a ticket for dinner.

    The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM and will include a meaningful exchange of vows, special readings, and music chosen by the couple. Our Officiant will be our family friend – Guy Schembra!

    After the Ceremony, Rykah and Chancelor will take photos. After the Couples short session, we will be taking photos with every guest! We’d love to add these photos to our Guest Book after the wedding.

    We’ll have a buffet style catering, prepared by the venue. Menu to be confirmed soon. (Updated on 8/5)

    Final Departures from venue, as we have an allocated time to clean up only allowing 1 hour from 7 to 8.

    • ATTIRE GUIDE

    Inspired by the timeless elegance of The Phantom of the Opera, our wedding calls for formal attire – think elegant cocktail dresses, button-downs, slacks, or suits with a touch of drama. Our colors are Wine Red, Gold, Olive Green, and Black, if you’d like to coordinate.
    Please no polos, jeans, shorts or Victorian outfits.

    Kindly avoid wearing white—let the bride shine as the true star of the night or face the Phantom’s serenade!

    Our wedding venue has some rules in place for our contract.

    No alcohol or drugs on the property. No throwing rice or any objects. No smoking or vaping inside.

    There will be a designated smoking area, it will on the be patio between the Chapel and the Reception Hall.

    Yes, this is a dry wedding. Please do not gift us Alcohol. We’ll have a soda bar, that contains Coca Cola products & juices. Hopefully, we’ll have a Hot Bar serving Coffee, Cocoa and Cider.

    Dinner will be served at 4:00.

    The Wedding will take place indoors. The Ceremony will be held in the Chapel. There’s an outdoor bridge that connects to the Reception Hall – which is held indoors as well.

    Our venue will be serving an Traditional Style Bruschetta, Caesar Salad & Warmed Rolls as the appetizers.

    Grilled Petite Top Sirloin – Marinated and Grilled Top Sirloin.
    Grilled Petite Salmon Fillet – Grilled Alaskan Salmon Served.

    We’ll be catering in several types of pie by OG Pies, this is a wedding gift by the Mother & Father of the Groom.
